Lament - A Community Gathering
We invite you to join us on Wednesday 29 October for Lament, a gathering to honour and share stories of grief and loss.
This in-person and livestreamed event will feature selected works from the 2025 Grieve Project, announce this year’s sponsored awards recipients, and online gallery.
We are proud to present this event in collaboration with Newcastle Memorial Park and with the support of our principal partner, National Association of Loss and Grief NSW.
Please note, this is a hybrid event. Bookings are required for both in-person and live-steam attendees.

Alight at Beresfield Train Station. Walk approximately 15 min to the venue via Lawson Ave toward Anderson Drive.
By Bus:
Catch 145 or 181 to stop ‘Beresfield Public School’, Lawson Ave’.
